Job Summary / Purpose of Role Working within the commercial department providing cost and revenue management on major contracts. You will communicate with all relevant members of the project team. The role requires you to support the Commercial Manager in maximising the financial strength of the business and customer satisfaction whilst minimising any potential risks. Undertake additional duties as required. Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities * Contract administration, ensuring all contracts are administered correctly, in a timely and professional manner. * Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and opportunities; escalate when appropriate. * Monitor and drive the progress of Compensation Events to agreement by liaising with clients’ representatives. * Identify, notify, and report financial concerns and areas requiring action to the project management team. * Involve and obtain information from key project personnel for CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) reporting with the Commercial Manager. * Prepare template CVRs for each project as required. * Monitor and record site progress from information provided by the Project Manager. * Collate project manpower and productivity data for submission to clients for applications. * Prepare monthly progress payment applications and follow up on payments. * Prepare/va...
