THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinkingSenior Principal to lead DevOps Engineering across our AI products group. This role is critical in enabling the development, deployment, and scaling of cutting-edge AI products that transform banking operations and customer experiences. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to build robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML solutions.
OPPORTUNITIES
* Infrastructure & Automation
* Design and operate hybrid cloud infrastructure across Cloud(Azure,AWS) andon-premenvironments.
* Implement and maintainInfrastructure as Code(e.g.Terraform,Azure ARM/Bicep,AWS CloudFormation, andAnsible).
* Automate configuration management and routine tasks (e.g. Python,Bash).
* CI/CD & GitOps
* Maintain and optimizeinfrastructure, Pipeline-as-Code and shared libraries (e.g. Teamcity, Jenkins).
* Implement AI deployments and workflows ( e.g. GitOpsworkflows usingArgoCDorFluxCDfor Kubernetes-based AI deployments).
* Containerization & Orchestration
* Containerize AI applications usingDockerand manage deployments onKubernetesclusters (EKS, AKS, on-prem).
* UseHelm, ingress controllers, and service meshes to manage complex deployments.
* Security & Compliance
* Integrate security tools such as Snyk,Trivy,OWASP ZAP, andSonarQubeinto CI/CD pipelines.
* Manage secrets usingHashiCorp Vault,AWS Secrets Manager, andAzure Key Vault.
* Operate cloud-native security services likeAzure Defender,AWS GuardDuty,Security Hub,Inspector, andConfig.
* Monitoring & Observability
* Build centralized monitoring and logging usingPrometheus,Grafana,ELK/EFK,Splunk,Azure Monitor, andAWS CloudWatch.
* Collaboration & Leadership
* Partner with Compliance, Security, Architecture, Operations, and Support teams to ensure enterprise-grade reliability and compliance.
* Mentor junior engineers and champion DevOps best practices across the AI engineering organization
Skills
* 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
* Deep expertise inAzure,AWS, and hybrid infrastructure.
* Proficiency inKubernetes,Docker,Helm, and service mesh technologies.
* Strong experience withTeamCity,Jenkins,Terraform,Ansible, andGitOpstools.
* Proven track record in implementing secure, compliant, and scalable DevOps practices.
