Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a SEN school located in the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells/East Sussex who are looking to recruit driven and professional Teaching Assistants.
Responsibilities
* To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing classroom environment
* To liaise with the lead teacher in preparing the classroom
* Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
* Track and monitor student progression
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience of working with children or young adults
* Knowledge of working with a range of additional needs such as ASD, PMLD and Downs Syndrome
* A full RTW in the UK
