Following our recent rebrand from SF Recruitment, SF Partners is entering an exciting new phase of growth. We support leadership appointments that shape the direction of businesses - and how we communicate that to the market has never been more important.
Our marketing function plays a key role in supporting our sales teams, building brand visibility and driving engagement across multiple channels.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, all-round Marketing Executive who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role has a strong focus on B2B design and LinkedIn marketing, working closely with our sales teams (recruitment consultants) to elevate their presence, create high-quality content, and support business development activity.
You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day marketing delivery - bringing ideas to life quickly, managing multiple priorities, and helping ensure consistency across everything we do.
Full-time, hybrid – 2x per week at Birmingham HQ.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Create high-quality visual content using Canva (social posts, slide decks, marketing collateral) ensuring all output is aligned to brand guidelines
* Support and manage LinkedIn activity across multiple company profiles
* Work with consultants to enhance their LinkedIn presence and engagement
* Schedule, publish and manage social content, including community engagement
* Upload and update website content (e.g. blogs, copy updates)
* Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to execution
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team and wider business to deliver consistent, on-brand output
* Help manage marketing workflows and tasks across multiple projects
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to shaping this role around the right person, but ideally you’ll bring:
* A background in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, recruitment or a similarly consultative environment (B2B essential)
* Strong design skills using Canva (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a bonus)
* Experience creating and managing B2B LinkedIn content
* Confidence working with and supporting sales teams or stakeholders
* Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset with a willingness to learn
* Comfortable making basic website updates (Craft CMS experience beneficial, not essential)
* Copywriting experience across social, email and web content
* An interest in using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, with a willingness to apply these in day-to-day work
* Comfortable working within defined brand guidelines, with strong attention to detail and consistency
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Familiarity with multi-brand environments or agencies managing multiple client profiles simultaneously
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Dotdigital) to create email campaigns (segmentation and simple workflows advantageous)
* Exposure to analytics (GA4, GTM), SEO or paid media (LinkedIn Campaign Manager / Google Ads)
