Purpose of the Role
As HR Generalist, you will support all aspects of the employee journey from sourcing top talent to managing smooth exits. Your mission is to deliver people strategies that align with HMH’s goals and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Key accountabilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Conduct selection interviews
Prepare employment terms
Coordinate onboarding processes
Manage offboarding and exit proceduresBenefits administration:
Oversee compensation, pensions, and health insuranceCompliance & Legal:
Ensure adherence to UK employment law
Maintain best practice in HR processes and procedures
Support harmonisation of terms and conditions across the organisationWhat we are looking for:
Demonstrable knowledge of:
