Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role located in Mickle Trafford for an Assistant Manager Front of House. We are seeking an Assistant Manager with strong leadership skills who will oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, have excellent communication skills, be a team player able to integrate staff effectively, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in food and beverage service. The role involves training staff, driving sales, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Experience in running weddings and events would be an advantage but is not essential; on‑the‑job training will be given for the right applicant.
