The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work on a broad spectrum of complex disputes and projects.The Role The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative Dispute Resolution team, advising a diverse client base on matters ranging from day-to-day dispute management to complex litigation. The work is broad and stimulating, covering areas such as:
* Commercial litigation
* Contentious construction
* Contentious probate
* Procurement disputes
* Intellectual property and IT disputes
* Data protection and reputation management
The team has a strong national presence and works on matters of significant commercial value, often in fast-moving and high-pressure environments.Candidate Profile The firm is looking for an individual who is:
* A qualified solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years PQE in dispute resolution and commercial litigation
* Technically strong, with experience across a broad range of commercial dispute matters
* Skilled in managing client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and care
* Proactive, commercially aware, and solution-focused
* A natural team player, happy to support business development initiatives and take ownership where needed
