What You Will Be Doing
You will join an inclusive and supportive team providing care to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, using your skills to help them lead fulfilling lives.
Your daily tasks include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating records, and providing support, including assistance with personal hygiene.
Resilience, compassion, and a positive attitude are essential, as the environment can be challenging but rewarding when you see the positive impact on people's lives.
The shifts are 7.5 hours, from 7am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10pm, including weekends on a rota basis. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours, with optional extra hours. We also have a waking nights position available.
Applicants should have a valid, clean UK driver's license to provide the best service for residents.
