What You’ll Be Doing:
* Coordinating customer projects to agreed timelines
* Managing accounts from a customer service perspective
* Creating and updating project documentation
* Producing energy-saving proposals using client billing data
* Tracking milestones and ensuring each stage progresses on time
* Providing regular updates to customers (daily/weekly)
* Liaising with multiple clients and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records and paperwork across all projects
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project coordination, account management, or customer service within engineering, energy, utilities, construction, facilities management, infrastructure, building services, property or estates management, environmental services, industrial services, or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confident handling multiple priorities and maintaining calm under pressure
* A proactive, positive, can-do approach
* Solid MS Office skills (Excel & Word essential)
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Based primarily at the head office with occasional travel
What You’ll Get
* Salary £30,000 - £36,000
* Quarterly profit-share scheme
* Free day off on your birthday
* Regular team socials
* Workplace wellness package including high-street discounts and access to medical/mental health support
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* A supportive, stable team environment with strong values and a long-standing track record of success
