Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.

Location: Vector Consumer, Unit 4, Prenton Way Business Units, Prenton Way, North Cheshire Trading Estate, Wirral, CH43 3EA

Type: Full-time, Office-based - 5 days per week. (Might drop to 4 days post probation)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus bonuses.

About Vector Consumer

Vector Consumer is an award-winning consumer healthcare company (home to brands such as Dose & Co, Pura, SOLV and Liverpool FC Sports Nutrition & Wellness). We create impactful brands centred on wellness, authenticity, health and personal well-being. From product development, manufacturing, packaging, marketing through to brand launch, we combine expertise across the full lifecycle.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Amazon Specialist who will take ownership of our Amazon marketplace operations & paid activity. You'll drive growth by optimising listings, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and expanding into other marketplaces over time. Experience with additional paid media channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram) is a plus, but not essential as we can support learning in those areas.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimise all Amazon marketplace activity (UK and potentially international as required), including product listings, content, keywords, pricing, promotions and inventory coordination.
* Plan, execute and monitor Amazon PPC / advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, etc.), adjusting strategy to improve ROI / ACOS.
* Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, catalogue health checks, conversion optimisation, A/B testing of creatives or copy.
* Monitor performance metrics (sales, profit margins, ad spend, ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, etc.), providing insights and regular reporting.
* Work with team members (e.g. marketing, supply chain, brand / design) to ensure product availability, content is impactful, and launch plans align across channels.
* Identify growth opportunities: expansion into other marketplaces, new Amazon services or features, new ad formats, etc.
* Budgeting: managing and forecasting ad spend, ensuring efficient allocation.
* Stay up to date with Amazon's policies, changing algorithmic dynamics, new tools and best practices.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

* Proven experience managing Amazon marketplace operations, with hands-on responsibility for Amazon advertising (PPC).
* Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data and metrics, draw actionable insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Good knowledge of listing optimisation: keywords, SEO, content / copy, imagery.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks / products.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable:

* Experience with other marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Walmart, etc.)
* Experience running paid media outside Amazon (Google Ads, Meta / Facebook / Instagram).
* Experience with tools for Amazon analytics, keyword research, ad tracking (e.g. Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellics, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc.).
* Experience with creative & content production for product pages.

Personal Attributes

* Proactive self-starter who can take initiative and work independently but also as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented, organised, with ability to manage time and priorities.
* Curious, always looking to learn and keep up with new marketplace / e-commerce / advertising trends.
* Problem solver / adaptable when things change.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum plus bonuses.
* Opportunity to work with multiple growing brands, in the wellness / consumer health space.
* Professional development: opportunity to grow skills in other paid media channels.
* A friendly, collaborative team environment.
* Office-based role on the Wirral (CH43 3EA) – being part of the in-person team for best coordination.
