Job Description
A highly successful national automotive retailer who have a requirement for a Contact Centre Service Advisor to join their busy used car operation in Hinckley. Monday - Friday role.



Requirements

The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way.

The role -

* Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
* Responding to customer enquires
* Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls
* Dealing with any customer complaints
* Interpreting customer concerns and comments
* Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
* Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
* Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed

The Person –

* The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customer’s experience.
* Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.
* People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
* Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
* Customer focused – able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.
* Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills.
* Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.
* Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and to learn from feedback.
* A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.

Requirements
You will work in a busy Finance department supporting the sales process, working with and alongside a variety of specialist teams. We are looking for experienced salesperson with demonstrable experience identifying funding solutions for customers looking to purchase their next vehicle. A technical knowledge with regards to finance products and regulation would be make someone with Business Manager or similar experience looking to maximise their own earning potential an ideal candidate for the role. The Person: o Experienced sales professional with motor finance experience. o Highly competent enquiry manager. o Able to identify and present funding solutions to customers and stakeholders within the business. o Professional telephone manner, able to build rapport and trust quickly. o Ability to build value in a proposition. Main Scope: o To be a motor finance expert within the business. o To develop quality relationships with all business partners and colleagues. o To maximise F&I opportunity and income for the business. The Duties: o Manage a portfolio of leads to ensure adequate conversion and support the companies sales process with regards to F&I. o Liaising with a panel of lenders, developing a robust knowledge of their policies and systems. o Becoming a “go to person” for motor finance expertise.
