Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 national curriculum. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.
