Key Duties: * Lead the delivery of Hyde’s stock condition survey programme and ensure data accuracy to support strategic planning. * Manage external survey contractors, ensuring performance standards are met and data is captured and used effectively. * Monitor compliance with housing health and safety standards and respond to performance issues. * Contribute to strategic policy development, including responses to government consultations. * Support decision-making around property disposals and sustainability through robust data analysis and reporting.
