The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join this national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting a critical period of organisational change and leadership alignment. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Executive and Managing Director populations, requiring strong commercial acumen, credibility, and resilience.
You'll operate as a trusted advisor, leading on complex employee relations matters while helping shape and deliver people strategy across a geographically dispersed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, including MDs and Exec-level stakeholders
2. Lead and manage complex, high-volume employee relations (ER) cases end-to-end
3. Provide expert guidance on UK employment law, risk mitigation, and best practice
4. Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and transformation activity
