Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. Duties
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
* Preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organising tools
* Supporting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in their tasks
* Moving materials around the site using manual handling equipment or by hand
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
* Reporting any safety hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements
* Previous experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not essential
* Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the day
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction environment
* A valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to travel between sites is essential
