Homes Engagement Officer
Spot Salary- £33,286 per annum
Fixed Term Role until 31st March 2026
Full Time-37 Hours per week
Bron Afon Community Housing has successfully secured funding from the Housing Support Grant for a Home Engagement Project Officer. We are looking for a motivated individual to play a key role in the development and delivery of an excellent Home Conditions service, ensuring that it is open and inclusive, actively engaging with and involving, all residents of Torfaen who are 18+ with an identified concern around their property condition.
The project aims to deliver a comprehensive needs led, Home Conditions service which enables the customer to, wherever possible, remain within their home and lead an independent, full and varied life.

* Experienced in providing support?
* Passionate about supporting others and making a difference to people’s lives?
* Well organised and able to prioritise to manage a busy workload?
* Able to work effectively & efficiently under pressure, both autonomously and as part of a team?
* A person who has excellent interpersonal skills?
We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience of providing 121 support to customers who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. Working with people in a trauma informed way, using a variety of interventions to identify needs and achieve positive outcomes.
