We are supporting a well‑established Housing Association in the Scottish Borders who are seeking an experienced Housing Assistant to provide essential support to their busy team. This is an office‑based role in Hawick, ideal for someone with a background in housing.
Your new role
Act as a first point of contact for tenant enquiries
Provides support to the housing team
Assist with allocations, voids, arrears and general tenancy management
Update internal systems accurately and efficiently
Liaise with tenants, contractors and external agencies
Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8.15am -4.45pm and Fri 8.00am -12.00pm
