Job description The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career within an exciting and busy department. The purpose of this role is to lead on compliance and managing the process of airport security passes, as well as supporting Shared Apprenticeship Scheme with recruitment and day-to-day duties to ensure the department runs efficiently and smoothly.
Hosting intake days for new apprentices.
Ensuring document compliance from both apprentices and contractors.
Co-ordinating CSCS and L1 Health & Safety training
Ensuring document compliance from both apprentices and contractors.
Producing weekly recruitment and current apprentice reports.
Creation of apprentice contracts and induction documents.
Assisting with apprentice payroll
A great communicator with a good telephone manner
Previous office or administration experience
Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good standard of written English
The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme is run by K10 Apprenticeships Ltd who were founded in 2010 to address the declining number of apprentices working in the construction sector and the difficulties contractors faced when committed to delivering effective apprenticeship programmes.
K10 is a Flexi-job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA), accredited by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), that manages the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship and traineeship programmes within the construction sector. It is independent of any other organisation whilst working in collaboration with government, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, training providers and 3rd sector organisations.
