Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and immediately available Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced, client-facing Private Equity firm. This role starts on a temporary basis, with the opportunity, if successful, to move onto a 9 - 12-month contract in the new year.
You’ll be supporting two Managing Directors, working closely with a collaborative EA team, and liaising with senior stakeholders across Europe. If you're looking for a client-facing role, then this is the role for you!
We need someone proactive, highly organised, and confident—someone who can jump in quickly and keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll manage busy diaries, complex travel, and fast-moving schedules, acting as a trusted first point of contact. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential.
You must have at least 5 years of EA experience, ideally in Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Banking.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Provide high-level support to two MDs and their team
* Manage diaries, travel, and scheduling
* Keep communication flowing internally and externally
