We're currently recruiting a dedicated Senior Events Porter to help ensure the smooth running of operations at CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Lead the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas according to client specifications and event orders.
* Move, arrange, and store furniture, staging, equipment, and décor safely and efficiently.
* Receive and deliver exhibition goods to event rooms prior to the event.
* Develop an understanding of room capacities and create floorplans using CAD software.
* Support our meeting & events porter; assisting with on-the-job training & guidance
* Keep all event spaces clean, tidy, and presentable at all times, including public areas, storage rooms, and back of house spaces
* Attend weekly operational meetings to prepare for the upcoming events & discuss with other internal teams
