The overall purpose of the post is to provide clerical and administrative assistance with the day to day running of the Keltic Care office and providing administrative support to the management team and support staff. The responsibilities of the post will be within the areas identified above, as appropriate, and will include the following duties: Dealing with telephone enquiries and directing them appropriately Supervision of the office space as/when required, and maintaining an organised office environment Maintaining existing filing systems and creating new systems as/when required Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence Updating/creating excel spreadsheets Using Microsoft Word to write letter/documents as required Assisting with meetings – setting up room, IT support, minute taking Photocopying Accessing support planning database to update service users/staff with requested information Handling petty cash/updating individual budget records Assisting with Quality Audits
