If so, I have a remote-based Customer Experience Manager - 12 Month FTC role for a leading specialist in the design, manufacture, and support of energy management display and information systems.
The successful candidate will support ongoing customer growth by driving success with clients. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to inspire customers.
Skills and experience required:
1. Experience managing software deployment projects and/or software development.
2. Ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams, resolve customer issues, and experience using JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar support software.
3. Significant experience in a customer-facing project management or delivery role.
4. Experience working in a SaaS-based business and the service sector (Financial, Utility, Telco).
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and thoroughness.
7. Ability to quickly build credibility, trust, and rapport with colleagues and clients.
This is a remote-based role with flexibility to work on-site in Cambridgeshire.
