About the Opportunity
Jacobs is recruiting experienced Quality Engineers to join our Nuclear Power Engineering and Technical Services team supporting EDF Energy Nuclear Generation with their nuclear fleet in the UK.
This key role within our project and engineering portfolio is spread across UK sites and stations. You will be supported and mentored by experienced quality engineering professionals within Jacobs, with training and opportunities to develop your management and leadership skills on larger, more complex projects.
You will be part of a large client-led team at EDF's Dungeness B Power Station and will be accountable to the client Project Manager, Programme Manager, and/or Construction Manager.
Dungeness B has generated low carbon electricity since 1983 and is now in a new phase of defueling and decommissioning, involving the safe removal of spent fuel and preparing for deconstruction.
