We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Supervisor to join our team, assisting the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the branch, ensuring it runs efficiently and profitability whilst delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration within the depot, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Accurately price and process tyre orders, ensuring prompt service.
* Generate and manage invoices, maintaining precise financial records.
* Input stock data with attention to detail, ensuring accurate inventory management.
* Load and manage jobs on the CAM System, maintaining a streamlined workflow.
* Allocate jobs to fitters through the CAM System, optimising team efficiency.
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn about tyre products and services.
* Maintain a clean and organised workshop and yard, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Operate a forklift (training provided for the right candidate).Develop expertise in all aspects of branch operations.
* Engage in retail tyre fitting with prior experience or a willingness to undergo training.
* Assist in the workshop as needed, contributing to team success.
