Grace & savour tells the story of our land and seas over an immersive multi-course menu experience, in a 32-seat restaurant, set within a working kitchen garden.
We have shortened our supply chain by sourcing direct and taken time with our growers to tell an authentic story of sustainability. We want to reconnect our guests with the land and sea through wonderful produce from growers across the British Isle that care deeply for their land and the seas.
Highlights of the role
* Curating wine list with Organic, biodynamic, sustainability focused practices principles
* Create wine pairings for our standard and Iconic wine flights
* Expand wine portfolio and offering by introducing new suppliers and wine makers to our list
* Regular wine tastings with wine makers and producers
* Be a part of a wine focused estate
* up to £ 37,500 including tip

Job requirements
We are looking for someone who :
Have experience as a Sommelier in a 3 AA rosette or Michelin environment of a similar level to Grace & Savour.
Experience in cellar management
Experience in curating and effectively costing a wine list
Have a level of understanding of natural wine and wines made with sustainable practices.
Have a passion for fine food and wine and be curious to learn more
A team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills
Energetic positive and punctual with an excellent eye for detail
WSET accreditation would be advantageous although funding for further training and development is made available for the right people.
