Job Description:
Role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Report to: Senior Operations Manager
Based at: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all orders are planned into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
* Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and Finance regarding stock levels and sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
* Address and investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure customs documentation accuracy for exports.
* Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as 'Order in Time in Full', 'Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.
Personal Attributes:
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
