Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Commercial Litigation
PQE: 0–4 years | Contract: Permanent | Location: Hybrid/Flexible/Remote
A great opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic litigation team, part of a Top 100 UK firm. The roles can be based in offices in Birmingham, Manchester, South Wales or Remote.
You’ll manage a varied caseload of disputes, including contract, property, and insurance-related matters.
Key responsibilities:
Handle your own litigation caseload from pre-action to resolution
Draft legal documents, liaise with clients and third parties
Support business development and meet chargeable hour targets
