Words First is calling you We are looking for a talented therapist to support two partner schools in Aylesbury, working as part of our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).

What You'll Do
As a Words First Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT), you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to children across two Aylesbury schools. You will work at Universal, Targeted, and Specialist levels, creating tailored interventions to meet a range of communication needs.

Who We're Looking For
We are searching for passionate, reliable individuals who are:
* Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
* Excited to collaborate
* Adaptable, patient, and empathetic in their approach
* Experienced in working with children, preferably in schools
* Skilled in report writing, with at least one year of paediatric SaLT experience preferred
Minimum Requirements:
* HCPC-approved Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Speech and Language Therapy
* Full HCPC registration or in the process of registration
* Enhanced DBS check (covered by Words First)
