As their London studio continues to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their marketing and communications team. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design led environment; driving bid strategy, leading submissions, and helping the practice win exciting, high profile projects across the UK and abroad. What you’ll be doing Leading the full bid process from initial opportunity through to submission and debrief. Developing and implementing bid strategies, including resource allocation, fee structuring and win themes. Coordinating input from directors, design teams and consultants to ensure submissions are cohesive, compelling and deadline-ready. Writing and editing content for bids, proposals, PQQs and frameworks, maintaining a strong and consistent narrative. Managing the design and production of submission documents, presentations and supporting materials. Working closely with marketing, business development and leadership teams to track opportunities and improve processes. What you’ll bring Proven experience managing bids or proposals within a design, architecture or engineering environment. A strong understanding of public and private sector procurement, including frameworks and competitive tenders. Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into a clear, engaging story. Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and strong skills across the wider Creative Suite. Collaborative, highly organised and confident managing multiple deadlines at once.
