Job Description
Lead and manage the organisation's accounting and finance functions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring processes.
Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
Support the organisation during audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Director should:
Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Have prior experience in organisations undergoing significant change
Have Charity SORP exposure
Have strong management capabilities
