A large consultancy practice are currently seeking a Global Strategic Programme Communications Associate Director to Develop and own the communications strategy for a major Global Markets programme.

Role & Responsibilities:
Identify key internal stakeholders and tailor communications to different audiences within Global Markets.
Act as a liaison between programme leadership, communications teams, and broader business stakeholders.
Develop and own the communications strategy for a major Global Markets programme, aligned to CE and senior leadership priorities.
Translate complex strategic, operational, or regulatory change into clear, compelling narratives for internal audiences.
Ensure consistency of messaging across leadership communications, programme updates, and stakeholder engagement activity.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Senior-level strategic communications expertise, ideally within financial services or complex corporate environments.
Strong executive writing capability, with experience producing high-impact leadership communications.
Proven ability to simplify complex information without losing nuance or credibility.
Consultative mindset, able to challenge constructively and influence without authority.
Calm, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
Strong collaboration skills, working alongside programme teams without line management responsibility.
