We've spent 10 years developing IP that combines room-scale spatial computing, multi-user mixed reality, and photoreal digital twins. Our flagship HoloCAVE and PORTAL systems are already live, with customers across the world. World‑leading R&D has done its job; now it's time to win the market.
And we've got a unique edge: access to cutting-edge, world-class AI compute hosted by a sister company in our group. That means on-demand GPU power for training, fine-tuning and real-time inference—so we can deploy AI at the leading edge of our space and keep it fully integrated into our product roadmap.

Your Mission (first 12 months)
Raise our brand profile while building the commercial and operational engine that transforms our technical capabilities into sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Strategy & Execution: Translate the founders' vision into actionable go-to market strategies
* Operational Excellence: Own day-to-day operations, creating scalable processes without compromising culture
* Revenue Growth: Build sales processes, identify opportunities, and drive partnerships
* Team Building: Recruit world-class talent and evolve our culture for scale
* Financial Leadership: Manage P&L and ensure sustainable growth
* Stakeholder Management: Represent Holosphere externally while working closely with founders
