With continued growth across the region, they are now looking to strengthen their Portishead office with an experienced lister. Role Overview This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Lister to join a successful and busy office. The role can be tailored depending on experience, with scope to focus on winning instructions, carrying out valuations, and driving new business, while also remaining involved in the sales process where required. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the branch. Key Duties Conduct market appraisals and secure new sales instructions Proactively generate and win new business opportunities Manage and nurture relationships with vendors and buyers Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and market conditions Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients Maintain accurate records on the CRM system Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate Represent the branch professionally within the local market Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator and/or Lister Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business Good local market knowledge of Bristol and North Somerset Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach Highly organised with strong attention to detail Full UK driving licence essential Package & Benefits Basic salary of £30,000 – £40,000 DOE Commision Competitive commission structure Clear progression opportunities within a growing multi-branch business Supportive management and established brand presence Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm, with a weekday off in lieu
