As a Middle Weight Designer, youll create work that strengthens and reflects the Specsavers brand. From bold ad campaigns to scroll-stopping digital and social content, your designs will be consistently on-brand, thoughtfully crafted, and built to grab attention while delivering clear, impactful messages.
In todays omni-channel world, where design spans digital and often includes motion, youll know how to think in motion and apply it with purpose, elevating both the message and the creative execution. Youll collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, and project managers to push our creative output, expand our portfolio, and deliver integrated campaigns. Youll concept new ideas, respond to briefs with imagination, and help shape inspiring design solutions across print, motion, and digital.
Your design work will be central to shaping how the Specsavers brand comes to life, from consistent print campaigns to standout digital experiences that connect with audiences across every channel. Youll help ensure every touchpoint is crafted with clarity, consistency, and creativity. Youll also contribute to team development by sharing your experience, offering guidance, and helping designers grow their knowledge and experience.
Were looking for someone with a strong portfolio that showcases adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories across print, digital, and motion. You know how to design for an omni-channel world, balancing creative thinking with brand consistency. Youre always curious about new tools, trends, and technologies that can elevate your work. You have experience preparing files for both print and digital production, with a solid understanding of best practices and workflows. Youre confident presenting ideas in client meetings and experienced at building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level.
