Driver Hire Inverness is recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Diesel Mechanic to support a busy yard based in Dalcross.
This is an initial 5‑week assignment, with the possibility of extension or even permanent employment for the right person.
đź› Duties Include:
Repair and maintenance of equipment
Pressure washing plant machinery
General yard maintenance
Fuelling up machines
Supporting the team with day‑to‑day yard duties
đź“‹ Requirements:
Mechanical qualification / certificate
Good understanding of diesel engine maintenance
B2 Forklift ticket preferred – but training can be provided
Valid car licence
Strong work ethic and reliability
