What you'll do
Being a Field Service Engineer means more than maintaining our Costa Express equipment. It's your chance to solve problems, be accountable for your patch, and get ahead of the curve. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Diagnosing faults to repair or replace equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee.
2. Communicating issues, problems, and solutions through escalation points.
3. Serving up smiles with first-class customer service, supported by our field champions and digital platform for ongoing learning and confidence building.
Our training programme meets City & Guilds standards and promotes continuous improvement. We will prepare you to understand technical documents, complete Electrical Safety Learning, and deliver the perfect coffee on every visit.
Working pattern
37.5 hours a week, including 1 in 4 weekends. For any reasonable adjustments or queries, please get in touch.

* An agile worker with experience in electrical or mechanical engineering service equipment.
* An efficiency expert committed to keeping equipment operational.
* A people person who can stay calm under pressure.

Our training
We invest in our talent through a City & Guilds assured training programme, including a bespoke technical academy. You will observe experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience, and receive in-depth training at our Loudwater Academy in servicing and fault finding.
