Facilities Project Manager Location: Fleet House, 59-61 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5LA Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 2 Months Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £35.62 per hour Job Ref: OR16115 Job Responsibilities Coordinate service requests, ensuring health and safety compliance. Manage office access, including ID cards and visitor passes. Handle financial processes like purchase orders and payments. Ensure fire evacuation and first aid procedures are in place. Order and replenish office supplies. Oversee door access, alarms, and CCTV systems. Contact for external services like mail and waste management. Manage file archiving and destruction. Allocate and manage parking permits. Ensure clean and well-maintained facilities. Support Facilities Focus Group sessions and projects. Supervise contracted services like security and reception. Stand in for other team members when needed. Focus on customer needs and expectations. Person Specifications Must Have Commitment to company values and customer service. Experience in facilities management. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage financial processes. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Nice to Have Experience with security systems. Familiarity with document retention policies. Experience managing external contracts.
