Your new role My client is seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Business Partner to join their friendly HR team on an interim basis until the end of December. This is a predominantly onsite role in Norwich, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business during a period of change. This generalist position will support a broad range of HR activities including:
1. Employee relations casework
2. Stakeholder engagement
3. Change management projects
4. Redundancy consultations
5. TUPE transfers
6. Operational HR delivery
You’ll bring solid HR expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing redundancy processes, leading consultations, and handling TUPE transfers is essential.
