Our Client based in Keighley, a Sports Wholesaler and Importer, is currently recruiting for an Accounts and Office Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting the office for both Purchases and Sales, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
Key Requirements:
1. GCSEs: Mathematics and English Language at Grade B (Level 5/6) or above. Please note, applications without these qualifications will not be considered.
2. Experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Accounts.
3. Experience working within a busy Finance team.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
5. Strong IT skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sage 200.
6. Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
7. Excellent written and spoken English.
8. A professional telephone manner and good communication skills.
9. Be reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and a team player.
10. Willingness to learn and adapt.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (including a half-hour lunch break).
