What are we looking for?
With a level 4 qualification in a business-related subject, experience of working in a training and development environment, and up-to-date working knowledge of Further Education Work Placements, including for T Level programmes, you will be the operational lead for work placements across the College, acting as the first point of contact for employers. You will work with curriculum colleagues to maximise high-quality, relevant placements for students, including T Levels, as well as audit, monitor, and report on the quality of work placement provision across the College.
