This is a senior sales role offering a unique chance to shape the future of a growing brand. We seek a commercial thinker to lead the Key Account and Wholesale strategy, someone capable of moving fast, thinking big, and delivering results.
This role involves working closely with the Head of Product and Founders during a pivotal growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partnerships, a keen sense for product potential, and readiness to define the brand's commercial direction.
Key responsibilities include scaling top-tier accounts, identifying new global opportunities, and combining creativity with data-driven insights and relationship-building skills.
Client Expectations:
* Oversee and develop key partnerships.
* Achieve revenue and margin targets, enhance retention, and provide excellent service.
* Create seasonal sales strategies and annual growth plans aligned with the brand vision.
* Develop a clear wholesale and key account roadmap with both immediate and long-term focus.
* Analyze sell-through, margins, lead-times, and logistics to optimize performance and profitability.
* Build strategic relationships with global retailers, e-commerce platforms, and independents.
* Present seasonal ranges effectively, anticipate buyer needs, and bring a fresh commercial perspective to meetings.

* Coordinate partnership marketing, in-store POS, and digital activations to boost sell-through and brand visibility.
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, translating insights into leadership actions.
