The Supply Register are recruiting for are a friendly, nurturing primary school seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who thrives on high expectations, strong routines, and delivering engaging learning experiences for Key Stage 2 pupils.
This role carries full classroom responsibilities, and we are looking for a professional who is confident in leading a class independently and maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong behaviour management skills and can establish clear routines and expectations from day one.
Demonstrates excellent classroom organisation and consistency.
Is confident in planning, delivering and assessing a broad and balanced curriculum.
Takes full responsibility for planning, preparation, marking, assessment and reporting.
Builds positive, respectful relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Has high expectations for both progress and conduct.
Works effectively as part of a collaborative Key Stage 2 team.
The role includes:
Full-time class teacher responsibilities.
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Tracking pupil progress and implementing targeted support where needed.
Attending staff meetings, parent consultations and school events.
Contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
