Weekend Head Chef required for busy and demanding site. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the brigade producing breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will ensure all food is produced as per recipe cards to a high quality while maintaining effective portion control.
Sat and Sun 12 hour shifts
Own transport due to rural location
