Location : Mayfair
Hourly Rate : £12 - £14
Contract Details : Temporary, Ad-hoc cover shifts also full-time bookings available.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs and UHNWIs in a luxury automotive environment
2. Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanour
3. Assist with check-in process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients
4. Escort clients to designated areas and provide relevant information about the facility
5. Engage in conversations with clients, building rapport and creating a positive atmosphere
6. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
7. Assist with administrative tasks, including managing reservations and maintaining accurate records
8. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate services and ensure a smooth flow of operations
9. Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting colleagues as needed
Requirements :
10. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front of House, or Host, preferably in a luxury setting
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
12. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
14. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
15. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
