Where will you be working?

At M Group Highways, we're supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. We don't just build roads and bridges — we're building a better future, creating lasting social value that benefits the communities in which we work. You'll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor. Our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with hybrid working on a 24-hour week, split over 4 days, 6 hours a day.


What will you be doing?

You'll be loading supplier invoices in CPA, matching supplier invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders, handling invoice queries with suppliers and depot administrators, and managing the reconciliation of supplier statements.


Qualifications and Skills

* Computer literate with experience using Microsoft 365 and intermediate Excel skills
* Previous experience in an accounts payable department
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Experience with repetitive work types
