Chef - Part Time (30 Hours)

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Lodestone House, contracted to 30 hours per week .
As a Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, high-quality food that truly brightens our customers' day. Working within one of the UK's leading food service companies, you'll be supported to grow your career in a business that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards those who go the extra mile .
What you'll be doing Preparing delicious, high-quality meals for customers
Supporting with menu development and new food concepts
Monitoring stock levels and managing kitchen inventories
Listening and responding to customer feedback to improve service
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Ensuring all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are followed
Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
What we're looking for Passion for great food and excellent customer service
City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ, or equivalent qualification
Experience in a similar Chef role
Previous team supervision experience
Food Hygiene certificate
A flexible and positive approach to working
