What you’ll do.
In this impactful leadership role you’ll be managing a team of fleet compliance controllers, ensuring we deliver great service to some major household names. You’ll be accountable for day‑to‑day people management, coaching, and motivation, ensuring consistent quality and performance against KPIs.
You’ll also:
* Produce timely daily reports highlighting key risks and overdue events.
* Represent the department in customer meetings and stakeholder discussions.
* Minimise downtime through proactive scheduling and smart event coordination.
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, customer‑focused outcomes.
What you’ll bring.
You’re process‑oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement. You’re highly motivated by customer satisfaction, and want to be part of a team who put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Ideally you’ll also have some knowledge of the safety and legal aspects of vehicle compliance.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Are a confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Have strong decision‑making skills and leadership skills.
* Can use data to solve problems and improve performance.
* Have worked with CPC and Operator Licence requirements or have the desire to learn.
