The role involves leading daily operations, exploring new markets for growth, supporting ISO accreditation for nuclear standards, building out the fabrication division, and attracting top-tier talent.
The Role:
1. Oversee and streamline all daily business operations.
2. Drive strategic growth by exploring new markets and opportunities.
3. Support ISO accreditation for nuclear standards and develop the fabrication department.
4. Attract and recruit top industry talent to build a high-performing team.
The Candidate:
* Proven leadership and management experience.
* Mechanical engineering background with experience in pipework, fabrication, and installations.
* Aspiring to head all operations and drive business growth.
* Full UK driving license.
