Responsibilities
As Deputy SENCO, you will fully support the SENCO by: assume responsibility for a caseload of EHCP students; undertake reviews, parent/carer evenings and support teaching staff with the implementation of inclusion strategies; line‑manage members of the TA team; lead on the transition of SEN students and track progress throughout their time at Cowes Enterprise College.
Working Hours
37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks (42 working weeks per year).
