The Role: Join our team as a skilled Service Technician supporting our brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training provided, no specific brand experience required. Continuous training through manufacturer programs and Marshall Academy.
Who You Are:
* Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
* Team player familiar with set processes and procedures
* Qualified with an industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
* Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential
* Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
* Technologically proficient, comfortable using iPad software
What You’ll Do:
* Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
* Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
* Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
* Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
* Support Apprentice Technicians as needed
